Excellent service which started during communication prior to arrival. I requested a specific type of ski which they found for me. On arrival they were ready and waiting. All staff very knowledgable, professional and friendly. Cannot fault the customer service. Thank you. Hopefully see you next year 👍

Amazing Company … so helpful and the instructors were 1st class. Highly recommend. Special thank you to George Jordon and Adam who were so patient. Bobbi was also very helpful

What a wonderful company! Bobi offers such a personal service. She organised the kids lessons, our ski hire and our airport transfer. She and her instructors were wonderful with the kids. Thank you!

Super friendly and very helpful staff, always greeted with a smile and the best service when we arrived, helpful in tips around town and on the slope. Will definitely come back here next time and can highly recommend!

Excellent service and great location
Super friendly service and the skis and boots Bobi and her team set me up with were excellent and made my skiing very enjoyable. The shop is only about 150meters from the gondola station. They also lent me a ski jacket because I’d left mine at home! See you next year!

Brilliant Ski Equipment Rental
The best place to rent ski/snowboard equipment in Bansko. The staff were super friendly, its located a short ski from the gondola, they look after the equipment so you don't have to, and offer competitive prices for the best quality equipment!

we rented all the ski equipment in this shop. the owners are competent, kind and attentive to every need, excellent equipment for both intermediate and professional skiers. the relationship between quality and price is excellent. super happy and super recommended.

Group of around 50 looked after perfectly!
Bobbi and her team are nothing but attentive and excellent in knowing exactly what is needed for someone no matter what their experience on the slopes is. We had a group of nearly 100, with nearly half using these hire services. The team are welcoming and totally flexible if changes are needed for comfort or to try boarding or skiing as a change. Cannot fault the service and all the SankiySki School team - I (and probably around another 100) will be back in 2023 and will not be going anywhere else but here!

This was my first time in Bansko and before arriving to this lovely place I made sure to find the best possible place for my ski rental. I’ve contacted Bobi (the person who owns the business) before arriving and she arranged even the skis passes for me! The equipment was impeccable and well maintained. The thing I liked the most was the atmosphere upon entering the shop, everyone was greeting me every morning and the shop felt like my second home. Every day after you finish skiing they dry your boots so they are fresh and dry for your next day! I would highly recommend SankiySki to everyone visiting Bansko and planning to ski! Thank you SankiySki team for everything.

Fantastic service from a brilliant team.
Travelled to beautiful Bansko with 90+ friends in March 2022. SankiySki School pretty much kitted us all out with all the equipment we needed, they were also happy to store our personal equipment for us over night and ensured our boots were dry for the next days skiing. Bobi and the team made us all very welcome, very friendly, looking forward to seeing them next year. Thank you Bobi. Andy and Brodie.

Love the service love the team
This is the 3rd year that we have rented our equipment from Bobi. The service is fantastic. The equipment is all great quality. We love the fact that the shop is so close to the slopes , you can leave all our equipment at the shop, boots are warmed for you and even able to leave our own equipment there as well. Thank you for the homemade tea. I look forward to trying it, it’s a lovely touch. We travelled as a group of 98 and I think lots of the group used the shop and it was all positive feedback. My son had not rented as he had his own board and boots, but the team fixed them for him. Thank you again Bobi and team.

Bobi was fabulous at accommodating to my changing needs (from a sore bottomed snowboarder to a skier) The equipment was comfortable and the service also came with a very big smile 😀 We'll definitely be back and will recommend to everyone who needs ski hire with a bit/lot of personality thrown in!! 😉🤣👌

The staff are very polite and very helpful clearly love their work, makes for a great experience. I would recommend if you are in Bansko and skiing go to Sankiy ski school for rentals and lessons!

We picked SankiySki because of the great Trop Advisor reviews and we were not disappointed. Before we left for Bansko Bobi was great at communicating with us via email and on our first day we were welcomed by Luba and Belmin like old friends. They listened to what we needed, what our experience levels were and made sure we were given the perfect kit. Every day when we returned we received another great welcome and nothing was too much trouble. I had a slight problem with a binding which they replaced over night and when Belmin saw I was struggling to pull up the laces on my boots he offered me another pair with a dial. I was boarding for the first time in 15 years and booked a couple of lessons with Marti. He got me traversing, carving and turning in just 4 hours. He is a no nonsense, straight talking instructor. He explains exactly what you need to do, tells you exactly what you did wrong and pushes you to achieve. I would highly recommend SankiySki and would definitely come back to them in the future. I will miss them!

SankiySki is honestly everything you want and more in a Ski Rental Company. From first contact 2 years ago their service was amazing, we had to cancel our trip twice due to covid and they were so accommodating. Once we finally arrived Lobo and Belmein (apologies for the spelling guys) made us feel like part of the family, every day they greeted us with a smile and were actively interested in how the equipment performed and if there was anything they could adjust or help us with. The equipment itself was in excellent condition and we will certainly be coming back again. Amazing value only topped by the service. Once realising one of us left our passport in Bansko they even organised to have it transported to Sofia where we were staying so we could make that evening flight. Unbelievably generous people.

For skiers or boarders - this is the place to go!
After reading the reviews I chose to use Sankiy for my ski hire, and lessons. I was even happier with the service they delivered. Firstly they are so very friendly over email before we arrived when we turned up to the shop to get skis and boots the service was excellent. They spend the time needed to listen to what we needed and advised us about the different skis and boards that were available. They were then able to advise on the lift passes and how to best deal with this. Exceptional service. Then I booked a ski lesson and was very pleased to have Adam take the session. Even though I have been skiing all of my life and I am the same age as his father!!! He managed to quickly identify the challenges that I faced, addressed these issues with clear and concise explanations and demonstrated exactly what I should be doing. By the end of the lesson, I was managing to execute the carving GS turns and getting down low enough to be able to touch the snow in the middle of the turns... I can highly recommend the Sankiy company for all your ski hire and lesson needs. You will not regret using them.

The BEST Ski Hire / Lessons in Bansko
Simply the BEST ski and snowboard hire plus lessons experience ever! We have previously hired from T................. that was not great for us and so tried Sankiyski this year as they were very near to our hotel, competitively priced and very near to the gondola station. What a fantastic experience! I work in customer services in the UK and these guys strive to give you a real 5 star experience, to every member of our party, every morning and every afternoon! The smiley faces from all staff and fist bumping high fives just made us feel relaxed, especially with so many children that could have been a stressful time! Equipment was good quality and also our lessons were enjoyed by everyone, thank you Adam. We all progressed and were able to ski together as a group on our last few days, exactly what we wished for. Thank you for a special holiday, and for the leaving gifts also!

Really brilliant and helpful service. The guys in the shop were friendly and helped in every way they could. There was a whiskey waiting for us every evening when we came back. Really good location to gondola also. We will definitely use SankiySki when we return next year. Thanks a million guys.

Профессиональный!!!Приветливый и отзывчивый персонал.Огромное спасибо вам за помощь . Подобрали лыжи и ботинки мне и супруге,хотя это было трудно,с учётом что это горнолыжный курорт и беговых трасс почти нет.

Best in Bansko - So friendly, great hosts
Awesome place. Always so friendly and welcoming every day. Also lots of works of encouragement before we went out each day! Bobi, Lubov and all their team were so helpful in making sure we had the correct kit, which is also very well maintained. The shop is impecable and they take great pride in it. Also a special shout out to our great instructor Jordan. I was pretty hopeless and he was very patient and had me skiing down the mountain by the end of the trip.
We had a wonderful experience while renting with this company. Competitive prices and excellent service they couldn't do enough to make sure we felt happy and well equipped for our snowboarding.
We were always greeted with smiles and high fives and by the time we were leaving felt like part of the family. Thanks again SankiySki!
